Fees

Counselling & Intervention

Business Hours: $220 per 50-minute session
From 5pm and Saturdays: $230 per 50-minute session

From 1st of January 2026

Business Hours: $240 per 50-minute session

From 5pm, weekends, public holidays: $250 per 50-minute session

 

Our fees are set according to experience and training and are marked well below the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi) recommended hourly rate of $330

Assessment

Assessment packages are available. Please contact Centre of Mind for detailed information on pricing.

All assessment and reporting packages require 50% deposit payment at commencement of assessment, and final amount to be paid on receival of final report.

​

Currently, Centre of Mind is not accepting referrals for assessments e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder or ADHD.

Private Billing

You may attend sessions as a private client; i.e., you do not require a referral from your GP to attend psychology sessions.

 

As a private client, the full fee for sessions are payable by you.

Administrative Fees

  • ​Letters or forms completed for school, medical professionals (e.g., paediatricians) outside sessions: $220 per hour (pro-rata) 

  • Report writing fees (including NDIS reports) to be negotiated: $220 per hour (pro-rata). 

  • Emails and correspondence that require more than 15 minutes to read and respond will be charged at hourly rate per 15 minute block.

  • Administration not stated above will be charged at the hourly rate per 15 minute block.

 

Letter or report writing fees will be based on time taken (with an intent to take the least amount of time possible but also to ensure a comprehensive document).

 

No Medicare rebates are available for these services. Fees will be quoted separately or as part of an assessment package.
